FAQ's for Killer Curves Clothing

1. How soon will I recieve my item?

Very soon! All our stock is kept on premisis, so it does not need to be specially ordered in. So, all our items are posted out the same day or the next business day after ordering! If you live in a capital city or major metropolitan area, and you order  via express post, this will usually mean that you will recieve your order the day after it is posted (which is often the same day it is ordered).

2. Can I call if I have any questions?

Yes absolutely. You can call between 9-5:30 weekdays and 9 - 5:30 Saturday on either 07 54282607 or 0452 400 144. I (Rachel Sanderson) will be happy to help with any enquires. Alternatively, you can contact me via email on rskillercurves@gmail.com 7 days a week and I will endeavor to answer your enquiry that day or the following day.

3. What if I order my normal size but it just doesn't fit right, such as being a bit big or a bit too small?

Thats no problem at all. We fully understand that this is a difficulty when buying clothes online, as you don't have the benifit of trying the garment on first. If you try the garment on and it doesn't fit right, just let us know straight away by email and we will put the correct fitting one away for you, for example the size bigger or smaller. Once the garment is returned, so long as it has the tags attached, has not been worn (apart from being tried on) and is not damaged, then we will send off the correct size for you. If we don't stock the correct size, or the item simply is 'just not right' for you, we will simply issue you a refund via paypal or back onto the credit card you paid from. To get an idea of which size would fit you best, see our Clothing Sizeing Information page for more details (such as measurements), or, in the case of any SWAK clothing, consult the measurement table that is displayed in the Shopping Cart when you click on the item of clothing.

4. If the item I want has sold out of my size, can it be re-ordered?

That depends. Certain clothes are continually re-stocked, while others are not. The items that are restocked regularly are all the items listed in our Killer Curves Clothing Classics page (http://www.killercurves.com.au/Killer-Curves-Clothing-Classics/).  If these are out of any of their sizes, it is usally only a couple of weeks until that size is back in stock.

5. How often will you be ordering new clothes?

We place new clothing orders about every 2-3 weeks.

6. Are you an Australian store?
We certainly are! Killer Curves Clothing Australia is purely an online store, however we are based in Morayfield, about an hour north of Brisbane, in QLD.

6. Is your store secure?

Absolutely. The company that the site is hosted through - Corecommerce Ecommerce Software & Shopping Cart Software provides a shared 256-bit encryption certificate to all the sites it hosts. Also if you pay through Paypal you have all the renowned security that Paypal is famous for.
