Very soon! All our items are posted out the same day or the next business day after ordering! If you live in a capital city or major metropolitan area, and you order via express post, this will usually mean that you will receive your order within 3-4 days after it is posted (which is often the same day it is ordered).
2. Can I call if I have any questions?
Yes absolutely. You can call between 9-5:30 weekdays and 9 - 5:30 Saturday on 0452 400 144. I, (Rachel Sanderson) will be happy to help with any inquires. Alternatively, you can contact me via email on email@example.com 7 days a week and I will endeavor to answer your inquiry that day or the following day.
3. What if I order my normal size but it just doesn't fit right, such as being a bit big or a bit too small?
That's no problem at all. We fully understand that this is a difficulty when buying clothes online, as you don't have the benefit of trying the garment on first. If you try the garment on and it doesn't fit right, just let us know straight away by email and we will put the correct fitting one away for you, for example the size bigger or smaller. Once the garment is returned, so long as it has the tags attached, has not been worn (apart from being tried on) and is not damaged, then we will send off the correct size for you. If we don't stock the correct size, or the item simply is 'just not right' for you, we will simply issue you a refund via PayPal. See our returns policy for any more details.

4. If the item I want has sold out of my size, can it be re-ordered?
That depends. Certain clothes are continually re-stocked, while others are not. Just send us an email if you see something you like that is not in your size and we'll let you know if it is, or can be, re-ordered.
5. Are you an Australian store? We certainly are! Killer Curves Clothing Australia is purely an online store, however we are based in Esperance, south WA.
